GREENSBORO, NC – Web Decisions has entered into an agreement with dELiA*s, Inc. (NASDAQ: DLIA), a leading direct marketing and retail company primarily targeting teenage girls and young women,  to build a multi-channel marketing database that will take them well into the future.

Web Decisions plans to provide professional services for list processing, data hygiene, analytics, modeling and will build dELiA*s, Inc’s first ever multi-channel marketing database.  The database solution is expected to bring web, email, retail, and catalog data together, including promotional history, as well as accommodations for future services and alternative channels like social networking to stay in the forefront of the industry.
