    GREENSBORO, NC – WebDecisions has entered into an agreement with Pendleton Woolen Mills, a leading direct marketing and retail company, family-owned for more than 140 years, with a passion for weaving world class woolens, to build a multi-channel marketing database that will take them well into the future. 

    Kim Addington, CEO of Web Decisions says “Our marketing database platform continues to evolve for the future and we look forward to working closely with Pendleton to demonstrate the value in a next generation system for interactive campaign execution and business intelligence.”

    WebDecisions will be responsible for building and maintaining Pendleton’s first ever multi-channel consumer marketing database, performing list processing services for direct mail initiatives, all matchback processing and providing list rental fulfillment services.  The database solution will bring web, email, retail, and catalog data together, including promotional history, as well as accommodations for future services and alternative channels like social networking. Building a foundation of a rich multi-channel marketing database will create a full 360 degree view of the Pendleton customer, keeping them ahead of the marketplace and enabling contact control. Full database launch is expected before March 1, 2012, well within the quoted schedule.
