GREENSBORO, NC – WebDecisions has entered into an agreement with Pendleton Woolen Mills, a leading direct marketing and retail company, family-owned for more than 140 years, with a passion for weaving world class woolens, to build a multi-channel marketing database that will take them well into the future.

WebDecisions will be responsible for building and maintaining Pendleton’s first ever multi-channel consumer marketing database, performing list processing services for direct mail initiatives, all matchback processing and providing list rental fulfillment services. The database solution will bring web, email, retail, and catalog data together, including promotional history, as well as accommodations for future services and alternative channels like social networking. Building a foundation of a rich multi-channel marketing database will create a full 360 degree view of the Pendleton customer, keeping them ahead of the marketplace and enabling contact control. Full database launch is expected before March 1, 2012, well within the quoted schedule.
